I have people come to me with complaints that have hundreds of crunches, and can not understand why her belly is not hard and flat as it should.

This is because there are four different areas that you need to be sure of a flat stomach and abs work only goal in others. The best exercises I've found to strengthen and invigorate the core are a series of Pilates exercises that their main objective.

Known for working the deep abdominal and back workout, Pilates is a total body workout that the natural curves of the spine stresses. The constant use of Pilates training significantly increases bone density and lean muscle while doing more for your body than conventional weight training. Not isolate any muscle groups, but trains the entire body with each exercise, while the combination of moving arms and legs with the trunk stations and the adaptation of the muscle with the natural curves of the spine make their movements increasingly support a healthy back. These exercises will help your range of motion and improve flexibility, relieve tension and stress on your joints.

If you work on your base fitness, you "feel" the fire in the belly, and components, and abdomen. This naturally means that you are using muscles that are not too much time and strength to the muscles. Of course, the muscle will burn excess fat in your body much faster.
